I have a OBI100 setup with a Technicolor TG582N Modem on Velcom ISP and I can make calls but I cannot hear the caller? They can hear me. One way call.
I have line 2 setup with Google Voice and all is fine in terms of hearing each other.
Please help as I have asked for my home number porting and I don't want to do that if I cannot get this to work via freephoneline.
Thanks

Thanks,
Support did contact me and asked me to do a reboot I think it is working now!
I did notice that earlier my fongo account on your website did not have my SIP settings saying I had not purchased the SIP file (which I did) now I see that info too.
Perhaps my account wasn't setup correctly for SIP?
Thanks
