Can call out but can not receive call ?

I Can call out but can not receive call.
my SIP User Agent: Linksys/PAP2T-5.1.6(LS)

please help me fix the problem. thank you

Can you please check your ATA setup and ensure is setup as per below:

Also try dialing *73 and *79 (hanging up in between) in case you have accidentally activate call forwarding or DND on the ATA.
