Bell Fibe Sagemcom Modem and Freephoneline
I have an issue that I can hear the other person calling but they cannot hear me. Modem is a Sagemcom Connection Hub from Bell and ATA is a Linksys SPA2102, I have tried to tinker with the Sagemcom's settings and nothing seems to work...help please

Sagemcom connection hub is "plug and play" and has 4 ethernet ports.
The issue is probably from your ATA settings

Thanks for your reply. Should I maybe consider buying another ATA? My Linksys is over 4 years old already? Any solutions for a possible fix?

Yout ATA may still be good.
Did you try to update the ATA firmware? You can find the info on Linksys web site or on Google.

Figured it out...did a factory reset on the ATA and re-entered all settings - it now works. Thanks to all that offered suggestions.
