My FPL has had no service for few days. I am in Kingston ON. Anyone else has the issue too? Thanks.

There is nothing that I know of.

Have you tried to power cycle your modem, router and ATA? That will usually bring things back online. If it doesn't, try powering down your ATA for 20 minutes and then power it back up again.
You will also have to check your settings to make sure your device is not trying to register too often.
