Cannot access voicemail

So I finally set up my config. and had my number ported to FPL successfully and everything is working fine, except the voicemail. When incoming calls are not answered, they are greeted by a message saying 'this account does not exist'. And when I try to access my voice mail by dialing *98, I get the same message again after entering my number (yes I did dial 1+), what gives? Any input appreciated!

I have a problem with voice mail as well. When I dailed *98 from the FPL, nothing happened just silent. Is it my configuration or it is on FPL side?

Same here...I have the same PAP2v2 with same firmware 1.00.16and can't get the FPL Voicemail system to recognize the tones when I press the numbers.

Have you tried changing your codec, or your DTMF Tx method in the Line 1 or 2 settings?

Yes, tried both 711u and 729a without any difference between them.

Unfortunately, this PAP2v2 doesn't seem to have any DTMF Tx setting anywhere within the configuration that I can find (and I've looked everywhere)

Hmmm, it should be in the same Audio Configuration section as the codec negotiation methods... Mind posting screenshots of your SIP and Line 1 tabs?

I have the identical pap2 ver2. na model and firmware version and screeshot. If admin can answer the question and find solution, it helps me a lot. thx.
