my account not connected but online shows connected.
I have just upgraded my pbx to FPBX-2.11.0(11.6.0)
I have 3 accounts (numbers).
The one connected and working shows connetced FPBX-2.11.0(11.6.0) - incomming and outgoing working
The other two not working shows FPBX-2.11.0(1.8.19.1). This is impossible as all accounts are setup on the same server.
All three accounts are setup on the same server.
my account not connected but online shows connected.

Double check your timers against the required settings. I would suggest your accounts are being blocked because the timers are not right, and so are not being allowed to update on FPL's side.

The min expiry should be 3600 also I believe. The registertimeout should be 120 if you see that setting.
Their server started to block connections that try to register before 3600 because a lot of badly configured ATAs (mainly as I result of problems connect to them IMO) were dragging down the server for the rest of us.

Try it and see if it helps, but it sounds a lot like what my system was doing before I changed those settings.
