Hi,
I have SPA122 connected to a cable modem directly so I believe router settings could be excluded.
Can make outbound calls.
When I try to call in I get "User unavailable" message.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Yevgeniy

It looks like your device is not registered.
Can you please compare your settings against the below?

SPA122 settings are almost identical.
Please try and let me know.
Thanks,

Re: No inbound calls
It turns out that my account was pointing to wrong or backup sip server.
After resubmitting settings the problem disappeared.
