911 Details

In the process of making a Fongo account, I get stuck where it asks for 911 Details. I enter my postal code. When it asks for my street number it comes up "-invalidStreet". I live on a range road. I've filled out this kind of form before on government websites and it has no problem finding my physical address.
I also tried making an account on my desktop and I run in to the same snag.
I would contact technical support directly but I can't finish making an account. Advice would be appreciated.

open a support ticket and PM the ticket number to Fongo Support (see sig for links)

I sent a PM on the forum on the second link.
I can't get a support ticket as I am unable to complete the signup process. "Fongo Phone Number: is invalid".
