No Audio
Hi, I've been using my Fongo number with the Fongo App for about a year now and it works great.
I got my wife to set up a new Fongo number and tried her number on the same app but there's no audio.
When we switch back to my number, it works fine again.
Since the Fongo App works on my Fongo number and there's no ATA involved, I'm sure all the ports are correctly configured on my router.
Does anyone else have this problem?

The ISP is Teksavvy, the DSL modem is ZyXEL P-660R-F1 connected directly to my Mac running OS 10.7.5 with Fongo App version 3.2.7.0

Can you please confirm that SIP alg is disabled on your modem?

Yes, it's disabled. When it's enabled, my original number doesn't work at all. With ALG disabled, my original number works but the new one can call out but with no audio. I've also disabled the firewall on the DSL modem, there's no effect so I left it disabled. Is there anything else I can try?
