I tried "forgot password" link, and it even claims it has sent the e-mail to me but I'm not receiving any e-mails from Fongo. I check all folders including spam to no avail. I use a GMail account and the app I'm trying to use is an Android App.
Please advise.

You will need to do this from the Fongo app on your mobile device.
