If there is someone from fongo/freephoneline support that can help me asap. thank you

My SIP setting under my account was gone and disabled by freephoneline. I was using the service for more than 5 yrs, paid for the unlock key and 2 weeks ago
i cannot use my voip phone anymore. I login on my account at www.freephoneline.ca and click on my SIP SETTINGS button and found out that all
my info is gone. I cannot do outgoing and incoming calls at all

i would appreciate if someone here can help me. thank you
