Did you not get the one that's been three weeks? I could have sworn I put that one on your account, and that you were just waiting for the order from a week ago still (which hadn't been ten days yet)
i was just talking right now to FPL CS and the 2nd agent told me that for the 1st account they sent it yesterday but didn't charge the CC yet so that's why i didn't notice (i was talking to 1st agent and he didn't told me that but the line goes off) for the 2nd account, yes it is still 10 days (6-7 bus. days) but today when i talked to the agents, they told me there is no config. file order for this account !! so they started from zero, btw i bought a 3rd one today, they are for my friends not mine but they either do not speak english (we r in frensh city) or do not have a CC.
You wouldn't happen to remember the names of who you spoke with would you? Things are very clear and easy to follow on the accounts, it's unacceptable if they aren't able to follow this and tell you what's been done!

The Mar. 3rd order is there for you and on the account
The order from last week should be there by the end of this week if billing is on schedule (might be max of 10 days though)
The order from today will be maximum of 10 business days from ordering

I apologize for the confusion of our agents, if you recall the names, or have a bad experience in the future, let me know and I'll have someone address that right away.

No i do not remember the names

yes, and as i told you, the 1st agent didn't notice it, and even wrote in the account a priority note to accelarate processing (maybe you can know his name with that), the 2nd one noticed it and told me they put the SIP setting in the account before charging it, i think due to your boost (thank you) and they'll charge the CC with 24 hours
The order from last week should be there by the end of this week if billing is on schedule (might be max of 10 days though)
both of them told me that there is no cong. file order for this account, so i had to re-order it with the 2nd agent, i am surprised because it seems that you checked it before and told me it is within normal delay, don't know what will be the delay in that case
The order from today will be maximum of 10 business days from ordering
hope so
I apologize for the confusion of our agents, if you recall the names, or have a bad experience in the future, let me know and I'll have someone address that right away.
Thank you very much for your help

I still haven't gotten it either... its now gotten to 3 weeks... I did get a reply last week about it being rushed and that it would be ready last friday. I sent 2-3 pms for fpladmin and admin but with no answer... I just want to either get a update or the actual config file. The original person i talked to for ordering the config file was Chris.

Sigh..... Its been over a month now and no additional replies to any of the admins here about what is going on with my config file. I guess you guys don't want people to pay for additional services what so ever. All i wanted was some sort of acknowledgement of what was going on but that wasn't even done at all. Been left in the dark after that last message saying that it would been processed by friday and that was 3 weeks ago....

Dunno what else to do now... Guess I will never get a config file ever...

Please phone in and inquire about this then..
Do note that the forums are for non-critial issues - Admin and I are extremely busy day-to-day with various parts of the Freephoneline and Fibernetics support departments. For critical issues, phone us anytime 8am-8pm and speak with someone in person. Our support and sales teams will be more than glad to tell you what's going on!

I got the SIP setting in the same day!
I got an email by the end of the day telling me that I can check the SIP setting in a new tab.
This is excellent.
