No incoming calls can be received again. It did happen sometimes. I really didn't change any settings since I have not been home for 3 months. My wife told me that the phone is not working today. I tried to call home but every time when I finished dialing, I immediately hear "The person you are trying to reach is not available". In the portal, SIP Status shows "connected".
Please help!!

Re: Not able to receive incoming calls
It's "Cfwd All Serv". I didn't change it, but it was "yes" when I checked the settings.
I think the post makes sense to my situation. It's very likely that someone dialed *72 by accident.
I changed the setting back to "no", now it's working.
Thank you so much for pointing this out to me.
The strange things happened quite a few times which made me not trust the device any more. Now everything makes logical sense again. Thanks!
