Not ringing
I've had two calls, that I know of, not go through today. One went to voicemail, the other let me know by other means. Why did this happen, and how can I prevent in the future?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Where is the PAP2T plugged in? Who is your ISP?
What is the model of your modem?
Please advise.
Thanks,

Re: Not ringing
Please note the issue arose few days back. We can retrieve the voicemail. The phone was working fine with no issues over the last four months

If all incoming calls are going to VM, I would think that there's a firmware bug on your ata or a setting that needs to be adjusted.
Jake explained this a while back.

Perhaps you can follow Bing Kol's suggestion:

If you cannot get it to work after these 2 suggestions, please open a support ticket and Engineering team will have a look.

Re: Not ringing
I find especially lately when I go to pick up the phone, I get a lot of dead air instead of a dial tone. Re-booting the ATA seems to work, but I seem to be doing it several times a day, when I notice.
