VM Notifications

Post by riazg »

Hello,

Since the new VM notification updates, my phone has stopped notifying me of new voicemails. I confirmed my ATA is setup properly and it was working in the past. There is no shutter tone but one time I came home and found out there was 5 new messages. What can I do?

Please help.

Everything looks to be the same except I am using voip4.freephoneline.ca port 6060 as per the knowledge base for Rogers cgn3 modem.

So much for the support ticket, It was just closed with
We do not provide customer support for Freephoneline Desktop, Freephoneline VoIP Unlock Keys (SIP configuration files) and third party ATA devices. VoIP Unlock Keys should only be purchased by customers who understand networks and configuring SIP clients. Please check the Fongo Forum for Fongo customer discussion about third party ATA device configuration: http://forum.fongo.com/viewforum.php?f=15.
Can anyone confirm Voice Mail Notifications are working fine for them?

I want to make sure it is an issue at my end before I start restoring to default and reconfiguring everything.

Thanks

Hello,

I have been having the exact same issue for a while now and my family keeps complaining about it.
Everything used to work just fine before. I didn't change the configuration of my PAP2T-NA at all.

Is there something that could be done?

Thank you!
