World credits not auto-recharging & contact email issue

I'm having 2 issues.

First, auto-recharge isn't working. My credit card expired recently, and since updating my info, it hasn't loaded funds automatically. Before my card expiring, it added funds just fine.

Second, I changed my email for the account, but I'm still receiving emails to my old email. Why is this happening?

You know what, that's actually what I did a couple weeks ago lol I sent a support ticket assuming since it's an account problem, it'd be better to submit a support ticket instead of posting on the forum.
