internal server error when trying to purchase SIP unlock key

Hi,
I setup an account for a family member and initiated the phone porting process. Today she got an email that the porting was completed.

When we log into her account, the Main Admin page shows her ported number, however when we go to buy the SIP unlock key, in the online store, the account number appears as the original FPL number and when we try to buy it gives an internal server error (presumably because of the phone number mismatch).

Is it normal for the account number not to change immediately after porting? If not, who should I contact to get this fix since there is not phone support for FPL?

I am also trying to do the exact same and keep getting the same internal server error as well when trying to get the SIP unlock key.
