automatic long distance reload does not work

all the info of credit card are correct and strill you will notrecharge my LD account.
When I tried manualy, I got a message,Error: IP country match invalid. Please go to support.fongo.com and click on Submit A Request.
I am currently in Mexico.
Help me please I need to call family,
