no caller ID display

I have been using FreePhoneLine for few years and have no problem until one day from about half an year ago. All of sudden I can't see the caller ID any more. In the beginning it will sometimes show some caller ID, then about 2weeks later, no more ID display. now only once a while, when I am talking on the phone and there is a incoming call, I might see that caller ID. This ha's been more than 6 weeks. I have tried different phone and nothing changed. I am always using linksys PAP2T as ATA. Please help and thanks a lot!

If you change your Proxy to voip2.freephoneline.ca, does this make any difference?

i started having the same issue today
funny thing though

my 2 vista 350 phones have no display
but my 4 panasonic cordless phones work fine
this started just this morning

on 2 of the exact samephones

codec change??

If your PAP2T is setup exactly as per below link it should work with no issue.

After Dec 1, 2015, I can't see the caller ID anymore. Nothing has been changed on my router/ATA/modem. I am using linksys WRTP54G as ATA and Dlink DIR-816L as router. Please help me.Thanks a lot!
