Hello guys,
I used to use FPL on my cell phone app and recently paid for the SIP account and got the username/password. However, all the incoming calls go directly to the voice mail.
I am sure the issue is related to the app and I removed the app from my cell phone, but still the same issue. Please note that I have another FPL number using the exact ATA settings and no problem at all.
Any help is really appreciated as I paid for the service and could not even use it one time.
