I finally fixed the strange problem
First I saved my PAP2T configuration in an HTML file and compared to a provision file for the PAP2T on the forum to find if some settings where different.
I found
small differences that were the culprit:
As soon as I changed those settings everything went fine
The part that make me think the problem was in the back-end was because everything with the old settings was working fine since 3 weeks until yesterday when the transfer of my phone number was completed. It's very strange... Anyway I learned new things in this adventure all is not lost.
