New number not responding

So I just downloaded fongo on my Samsung Galaxy S4, registered and created a new number. I then tried calling the number from skype on my desktop (I have skype out credits) and I couldn't reach the new number? Is it only Canada to Canada calling? Thanks

Fongo telephone exchanges tend to be brand new, and some telcos have not recognized their new exchange yet.. You should contact Skype, and see if they can add that new Fongo exchange on their list.
