It seems I can make outgoing calls but there seems to be a problem with incoming calls.
All was fine until last Thursday when this began happening. I never touch the settings except to maybe enter a number to block which I did just prior to this.

Re: Not receiving calls
Is the DND option enabled? If so, dial *73 to disable it.

Re: Not receiving calls
I take it that is on the "User 1" page of the Pap2 in the category "Supplementary Service Settings"?lustucru wrote:Is the DND option enabled? If so, dial *73 to disable it.
Here are those settings.
CW Setting: Yes Block CID Setting: No
Block ANC Setting: Yes DND Setting: No
CID Setting: Yes CWCID Setting: Yes
Dist Ring Setting: Yes Secure Call Setting: Yes
Message Waiting: No DND Activated: No
I downloaded the config PDF for this ATA and based on that the NAT Mapping Enable is supposed to say yes & the NAT Keep Alive Enable is also supposed to be set at yes. Mine says NO.
I changed to Yes and as a result I had no dial tone. I have since reverted back to what I originally had, NO.

Re: Not receiving calls
Not sure what happened since I did nothing after my last post, but I am receiving calls once again.
