Hi,
I'm trying to transfer my phone number (from a local cable company voip service) to fpl. However, on the online store, it gives me the following message:
Error: Unfortunately the number (450) 371-786x is not available to be transferred to Freephoneline.
We apologize for the inconvinience.
What's the reason that the transfer doesn't work? Thank you for your help.

Hi.
It looks like your phone number is registered on an exchange in "Valleyfield".
On this page (https://support.fongo.com/entries/22899 ... o-network-) you can find a list of all the areas where Fongo can port numbers from. I did a quick search and cannot see Valleyfield in there so it looks like they can't port number from your exchange.
