Hello,
I have a FreePhone Line number, and outgoing calls work fine.
When I use another phone, and dial the FreePhone Line number, I get routed to another persons number. I am dialling with 10-digits (NPA-NXX-XXXX) exactly as for the number that appears on my FPL account.
As another test, I use my FPL-phone to dial a mobile. Using the number displayed on the call-display, I call-back the FPL-number only to be routed to the wrong number.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Doug.

Check if the "Follow Me" option is set to "Always Call Forward".

It could be that your number was used by someone else before you and a setting is left in the system somewhere.
Log in online and check all the call forwarding options as mentioned above. If you don't see anything I would set something and test again to see if it makes a difference. If it does then just removing the number again might reset whatever is stuck. Failing that you will have to send in a support ticket for help as this sounds like a back end issue. https://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new

Re: Calling my number gets routed to someone else.
You guys are geniuses. I disabled "Follow-Me" and the phone rings now.
I cannot see what My Follow-Me settings were, but I thought I had it setup to only forward after 5-rings. That said, the follow-me-number was an old, old number, that i guess was re-assigned to the poor guy I kept ringing.
Thanks for the help!
