I read in a topic that someone has had the same problem. Probably you did not buy a config file at the least and they want to sell you something. PM Kris (Admin) and tell him about it and leave your FPL number. He should do something about it.

You probably need to certify your account for 911 usage. This is mandatory, as you agreed for upon signing up, so we will call you to verify your details before submitting it through.
If we can't reach you after so many attempts, your account will risk termination if details are incorrect or we are unable to verify them

The risk of termination only applies to those of you who will continue to live at 69 Butt St.
When an address is rejected for name and address (This is directly from Northern911) an email is sent to the account holder then a phone call the following week (if not, another email is sent); if neither of these are answered then the account is flagged, in which another email is automatically sent to the account holder (Correspondence email) indicating the prompt change of the account details that reflect the current address, and not 69 Butt St. - When an account is flagged it is set to a 24 hour timer at which time yes, it is terminated.
We understand that as a free service people are free to sign up whenever they like, however we are still a phone carrier and expect that the logistics and mannerisms as portrayed by our fabulous ILEC's to be follow here as well when they apply.
