I constantly miss calls because I cannot answer fast enough.
To be able to hear the phone ring, I must have my speakers turned on. When I answer, I need to put my headset on and turn my speakers off.
Unless I'm at the computer right at the time of the call and even when I am, I still miss calls.
It would be really nice to be able to control how many rings (or duration) to allow before switching to call forward or voice mail.
Specify number of rings before forwarding or voice mail

Re: Specify number of rings before forwarding or voice mail
It's in the follow me settings
FollowMe Mode: Follow me works as an enhanced call forwarding. When your PC is off, you can have your calls forwarded to your cell phone, home phone or the office. If you do not answer the call, our system will then pickup with your custom voicemail and take a message for you. [note: this also means you no longer need voicemail service from your other providers anymore]
If you choose "always", the FollowMe service will work as a call forwarding. Otherwise the server will try to connect with your FreePhoneLine number, and if you are offline, or you don't answer on your FreePhoneLine application, the call will be redirected to the FollowMe Number.
Important: you need to choose your mode as "Always" or "When Unavailable" and save your settings, in order to see your FollowMe numbers list!
Seconds until voicemail: Setup how many seconds will be needed to transfer the call to voicemail. Values are from 2 to 30 seconds.

Re: Specify number of rings before forwarding or voice mail
Just put a number between 2 to 30 where it says "Seconds until voicemail".
If I recall good from threads I read in the past 30 seconds should be 5 to 6 rings.

It doesn't seem to affect the number of rings on the softphone. If it does, then 30 seconds is not enough
