I keep thinking contracts from ISPs are potentially enticing if contracts guarantee no price hikes during the contract period, but there's really nothing stopping any ISP from implementing CGNAT while you're on that contract. As far as I know, Rogers and Bell have price hikes (for residential home internet service) coming in March 2026 for a lot of customers.
Telus has also introduced CGNAT for some residential internet customers. Trying to be removed from CG-NAT with Telus doesn't seem fun, overall: https://forum.telus.com/discussions/my_ ... nat/167677. Others might get lucky: https://forum.telus.com/discussions/my_ ... ble/177503.
telMAX also rolled out CGNAT to some users: https://forum.netgate.com/topic/199775/ ... nat-needed.
