no sip configuration on my profile??

no sip configuration on my profile??

when i log into my fpl profile it doesnt have the tab for the configuration?? I dont know why.
My fpl # is 289488xxxx
any help would be great.

Yes I paid the $50 and I bought the ATA box. I was using it for quite a time but the ATA box is fried and I finally have a new one but cant configure it with out the configuration.

Any help would be wonderful.

Are you using Firefox as your browser? It did happen to me with Firefox. When I realized and used Internet Explorer instead my SIP tab magically appearded.
If the clown doesn't laugh it's really not funny.

I tried both now. Humm. everyone else has the SIP config??? I believe it was there at one point in time but it is now gone. Any ideas on who I should talk to about getting this info posted??

Yes I see mine.

Just a thought, you don't have two accounts do you? one you have paid for and one you have not? Maybe you are logging into the wrong one?

I have two, but only see the 'sip settings' tag on my paid account.

I still don't have the sip info under my account. They just are not there. I don't know what to do from this point.

Thank you very much. Everything is fixed and back to normal. You guys are the best, like always. I didnt even get such good service from Bell and I paid them every month. I havent paid for phone service for about 2 years now and the customer service from you guys is awesome.
