I tried calling my friend who is in Kanata with a 613 number and it says the area is not covered .. but it should be. Then I called my sister with the same 613 number and it works. Please advise.

Is your sister in the exact same city as your friend, or just the same area code region?

Here is a direct quote from your FAQ:FPL-steve wrote:Our free long distance includes: Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, London, Hamilton, Kitchener - Waterloo, Ottawa, Quebec City, Halifax, Oshawa, St. Catharines, Cooksville, Exeter, Brampton.

That sounds like a pretty definite guarantee to me. Can this be changed to avoid confusion and maintain accuracy?FREE unlimited calling is included to the following cities; Halifax, Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton/Burlington , Kitchener/Waterloo, London, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver along with all towns that are a local call to these cities!
Also, at first glance, it seems that some cities you mentioned are not mentioned on the FAQ.
Where can we find the up-to-date in-sync list of cities we can call for free?

All of that is about to be revised based on the new cities we've added recently.TreeHugginHippy wrote:Here is a direct quote from your FAQ:FPL-steve wrote:Our free long distance includes: Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, London, Hamilton, Kitchener - Waterloo, Ottawa, Quebec City, Halifax, Oshawa, St. Catharines, Cooksville, Exeter, Brampton.
