Hi,
I am trying to install Freephoneline application on my new laptop running Windows XP Professional x32
Install appears to go though initially ...then I get a popup error:
Error! One or more files are corrupted. Please reinstall FreePhoneLine!
I have tried installing to diff location: c:\Prog\
I also searched for all files starting with Freephone .... and deleted ... deleted install directory.
I have tried 2 diff. versions of your application ....both have same problem. Tried rebooting after uninstall .... downloaded the install file again and tried.
I know the app works as I have it installed on my other laptop running the same OS.... Any Ideas?
Unable to install application

Re: Unable to install application
Also try reinstalling Java prior to the softphone and let us know if that has any affect.

Re: Unable to install application
I also noticed under Documents n settings\freephoneline .... file error.log
I see:
[error]
date=05.10.10 09:57:40
message=MainWnd.constructor(6060/udp/tcp,vonix.ua.f@bb0d0) crashed with Exception: Mixer not supported: Port Conexant HD Audio input, version 5.10
...I'm wondering if the audio hardware is associated with this problem

Re: Unable to install application
Update:
I installed latest audio drivers (Conexant 20585).
Now I still get the error message while starting Freephoneline, but after that the app starts sucessfully.
Definitely some compatibility with my audio hardware.
