My mailbox has lost all my customizations. It was reset. I am now unable to record any parameter. If I change the password, it does not remain. If I put a copy by mail, it does not work and when I return to the configuration, it is as if I had done nothing.
In short, I can not change any settings. Even the main message that callers hear.
Do you have the same problem? A solution?

Same for me.
When I record a greeting, the system replay it but when I press # to keep it, It return me to the menu where it asks me to choose between the message system's home or my personal message ... The message I just recorded is lost.
Same for the password, I changed in the settings but when accessing voice mail remotely, I was always told that the password is invalid.
On the site, in my "change details" section, I select "copy" at "Enable voicemail to email" and when I submit the form, that reset to "none".
