I've submitted support request for my service with the VoIP unlock key on September 20th (10 days ago) and I'm yet to hear back.
Please advise.

They will probably read this thread, but I would also PM your ticket number to Fongo Support (see sig) and that will get their attention in case they miss this.

Thanks, PMing the ticket number helped! My issue has been resolved.
If anyone else encounters 603 error while making calls thru voip.freephoneline.ca -- check your dial plans. +1 needs to be stripped before the call is sent up.
