I'm freephoneline user and use LinkSYS PAP2, it was working great until this evening.
the Registration State became "Can't connect to login server", i tried to search the solution from forums and download Linksys ATA Configuration Walk_v2_08_04_13.docx from http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=310
check one by one and modified "incorrect" one. reboot the device several times. but still can not connect to login server.
any help would be appreciated

Please make sure that you entered the correct information: Sip user ID and SIP password
The sip server should be voip.freephoneline.ca
The registration expiry should be 3600.
Please check and let me know.

when you talk about "The sip server should be voip.freephoneline.ca", do you mean "Proxy:" column in section "Proxy and Registration" of "line 1"?
if so yes, the value is "voip.freephoneline.ca" and Register Expires is set to 3600
the only two parts what i have not touched is UID and PWD.
my UID is my phone#, and i forgot my pwd, so i did not change those two columns.
Could you help me to reset my pwd?

To retrieve your SIP Settings, please login to your account at https://www.freephoneline.ca/login
Once you are logged in, please click on "Settings" then "SIP Settings", your VoIP Unlock Key credentials will be listed there.
Important: Please ensure that your 3rd party ATA is configured according to the FPL guidelines: http://support.freephoneline.ca/entries ... redentials

I did re-enter the pwd from freephoneline.ca, but no lucky
I did submit a request and Request# is 42398.
I tried to PM you but the msg still sit in outbox, should it in Sent Msg if has been successfully delivered?
