I just port my number, and receive an email email saying the porting process is complete. since then, I can not receive any call, but I am able to make outgoing calls. Everything work fine with the old number given at registration. Calls can be made from the desktop app, and the homephone connected to the ATA. All the port are open already, I even receive call to notice me that i can a voicemail. So I believe all the network configuration has been done correctly. Anything you guys can think of?

Did you change the username inside your ATA?
