I had a similar issues where my pbx would always lose registration and i wouldn't get any incoming calls. I just sorted the problem out here: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=15112
Basically, my system was refreshing the registration too quickly. I have corrected the issue by changing the expiry to 3600 seconds and its working now.
