Lost password
I have an ATA and a freephoneline number but don't have the password for registering the ATA (was lost when the previous ATA failed). What is the process to get it reset?

I still have the email from Fongo with my FPL unlock key. Presume you'd have the same?
If you no longer have that, I'd open a support ticket and PM the ticket number to Fongo Support.

Unfortunately I don't. It is actually for a customer of mine (I work in IT support) and after some research figured out it was a freephoneline number. But they don't have any account info other than the phone number. I guess i'll open a support ticket and see what they can do for me
