Hi, I have subscribed to FPL and ported my home phone number back in 2013.
Now I have ported that number to my cell phone carrier and cannot access my account online to port my other home phone to my FPL account.
I have submitted a ticket concerning this on Monday but have not heard from anyone, only the automate message.
Did I lose my account? Did I loose my device activation in the process?
I was under the impression that by porting my FPL number to my cell I would be temporarily assigned a phone like when I first subscribe until I go in my account to pay to port my other number...
I hope I didn't screw this up and have to pay for a key again...
Ported phone to another carrier now cant access my account

When you port away, your account is automatically closed, and, in turn, yes, you automatically lose your VoIP unlock key. You are not automatically issued a new FPL phone number.
It's possible someone may be nice and give you a new phone number for your old account. However, I'm aware of people experiencing difficulty getting that done in the past.
