I was a Freephoneline user for many years and recently switched over Fongo Home Phone. Same handset. Only the ATA has changed.
I find that I can no longer buzz people into my condo building. When I press '6', nothing happens. (I do a workaround with 'Follow Me' to my cell phone so I can buzz them in.) When TD bank asks me to press a number to receive a code, it doesn't work. It's just the above 2 cases where the number doesn't register when I press it. All this has changed since I made the switch to Fongo Home Phone. Any ideas?

Re: Number Keys Don't Register
It's a DTMF issue. Make sure you don't use a handsfree speaker mode.
Since the ATA is locked, there's nothing much I (or you) can do about it.
I suspect this is the fix (but I'm not positive): viewtopic.php?p=81384#p81384.
You need to submit a ticket to Fongo if you want to request to have those setting changes made to your ATA: https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests/new.

Thanks for your prompt reply, Liptonbrisk. I tried that phone number for testing the number keys and they all registered. I will submit a support ticket to see what they can do for me.

Re: Number Keys Don't Register
You're welcome. That DTMF test that you called will work even when TD's doesn't, but a few people told me those specific settings fixed their banking issues.

I'm happy to report that Fongo technicians fixed the problem.
