Caller ID issue
Hello all, small problem with my caller ID. I have my ATA connected and everything was working perfectly but I noticed that recently when someone calls and their caller info is displayed on my phone the time stamp is 1 hour behind the actual time. Anyone out there have any fix for this? It's more annoying than anything, but it worked before so there must be a way to change it back. I've checked all settings I can think of, in the phone, the ATA, the router, the computer
.... If someone has a fix, please let me know, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Re: Caller ID issue
Same with me...it seems the ATA was not adjusting for daylight savings time...so I manually changed the time from 5 hours to 4 hours (eastern) and de-selected the option to automatically adjust the time.

Re: Caller ID issue
Thanks for the tip. Didnt quite know how to get into the internal ATA setting before. All problems are now fixed and we're working perfectly. Thanks again,
