hi, i just signed up and bought the sip configuration file and all is up and running smoothly but i have a few questions.
1) do the international calling rates expire after time? or do they go on forever until the credit runs out?
2) if you dont use your phone for some time, does your number get removed/ account removed?
3) everything works great on my pap2 except caller id... itll only show the phone number of the person calling on the name row and the number row..
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: international credit question
1. If you are talking about the credit vouchers you buy, they will not expire.
2. As long as you have verified your 911 details with FPL by talking to one of their reps, then the account will not get deleted. Otherwise I think it is after 3 months of an account being dormant it gets deleted. But as long as you have called them and verified your 911 details you will be OK.
3. FPL do not do any name lookups as this costs money to do so. They just pass along whatever name is given to them from the calling party and use the number is no name is given.

Re: international credit question
If you've paid for SIP, your number is excluded from their removal processes. AKA once you've paid, you don't expire.

Re: international credit question
I believe this is also true if you confirm your account (even without getting the SIP config file).
