Hi all,
I juit have issue myself when I called my home.
I received "short beeps" busy signal, and the call wasn't displayed in the logs
I asked my wife to call back my work phone, and after that everything started working fine.
What I (or you) should change to fix the issue ? Having no phone number in the call logs and no voice mail for me is painful now.
busy signal w/o anything in the logs

I get that when I try to dial a number that is not in my dial plan. Can you post your dial plan, and the format of the number you were calling.killerjay wrote:i just tryed making an international call and it gave me the busy signal, at 12:06am est and nothing was posted on my logs..

Re: busy signal w/o anything in the logs
um, the only thing i see that looks like a dial plan is an area that says "optional rule" and it says 4,1,7,2,0;10,-1,7,2,0;60 im on a grandstream 286, i know where the dial plan is on a pap2 but no clue on the grandstream. and the call was international, so it was 011-351- and so on

It could be just that you are dialling the number in the wrong format for the FPL system. Calling back to the UK I would normally use 0044-1202-xxxxxx. If I tried that on FPL it wont work, I need to drop the first two 00.
Look up the country you are calling on this page www.freephoneline.ca/ldServices, then click the 'Find My Rate' link and it will show you what it expects the number to start with. I don't think an 011 number will go anywhere. If you are calling the States then you will just need 1 then the number, or just try dialling the number.
