When i received a call the ringing song will start with the little pup up screen showing ''acccept and reject''. If i don't touch anything (like if i am outside) the voice mail will start after the 5 ring tone, letting the people the choice to leave a message but the ringing tone and little pup up screen showing ''accect or reject'' will stay on fore ever until i click on one or the other.
I did uninstalled and reinstalled the application but the problem still on
when i receive a call the ringing will not stop

I'd suggest making sure that Java is up to date. If it isn't, update it and reinstall the softphone.
