Stuck on step 1 of registration

I am trying to register and are stuck on step 1 of the process. On the page for my person information, the "City" and "Province" does not work for me. I cannot enter my city info and won't select the province. I have tried with Firefox, Internet Explorer and the browser on my Android phone and all have problems with these 2 fields.

I have already sent a message to FPL support but have gotten anything back yet. If anyone have any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you attempted to clear your cookies? There may be something stuck in there that is buggering up the regi process.

To get around this in FF, you can try enabling private browsing ....

Please use the search bar in the top right corner before posting of difficulty's. In most cases there will already be a thread discussing the topic/issue you are reporting.
