Rings on another number

I am setting up a SPA112, and have asked for my phone number to be ported. In the mean time I was just going to forward my Bell number to my fongo number and answer the calls there. I actived the call forward on my bell line to the fongo line, and then strangly it does not ring there, it rings on my cell phone. I have no Idea why?

I have called customer support, and they or of no help. they will not look in to it as this is the free line.

Anyone have an answer as to how this could be happinging?

Although your line is forwarded to your Fongo number, is your Fongo number set up to forward to your cell phone?

There is no call forwarding set up. My Cell was used as an emergency number i gave when the Customer Care was setting up for the porting.

If I call the Fongo number direct, it rings.
