Configurations @sip settings

Post by ogammo »

my freind registered a number and bought the Configuration for his ata on monday , when he called they said it will take 2-4 days to be configured.
now it is more than 4 days and he is still waiting, and as i can see from the posts here in the forum and from my past experiance about this, i wonder why it is taking too much time to do it and inform users it is done, so they can start using it.

Funnily enough I bought a config file for a friend this week. I was hoping to set it up for him this weekend but looking at my credit card statement it doesn't even look as though they have billed it yet. When I did it for my number here it only took a couple of days which I thought was fantastic.

I wouldn't imagine setting up the details in the 'config file' takes more than a couple of minutes. It seems the hold up is the actual billing part. Someone said they were told they only bill on Tuesdays, but I think admin said that this was wrong and they try and bill every morning.

Hopefully it will all go though today.

No problem Jake, once the automated online billing comes online, the wait time should only be about 24 - 48 hours at the most for ANY of our products, even with our DSL & Dryloops you should receive a call within' that timeframe to confirm the order and schedule an appointment for a dryloop install.

Has it been 7-10 business days yet? If it has, send me your number and I'll see what's up.
