when I pick up the handset of phone, there is always a 'broken dial tone ', someone told me the 'broken dial tone ' indicate voice mail, I dial *98 to check the voice mail and delete all of them, when I pick up the hand of the phone again ,the 'broken dial tone ' is still there ,what's the problem?

I have the same issue. I have two accounts. One account started Nov 13 and the other this evening, Nov 15. As well, all inbound calls go straight to Voicemail.
I tried turning off call forwarding. As for voicemail I have the setting established to forward to email and delete original message on fpl.
I have called support twice and they say it's a port forwarding issue. It simple is not...my ata is in the dmz.
Steve or Mike, help. No one can call me now.

Factory Reset of Linksys PAP2 ATA fixed the issue.
