No Incomming cals?

No Incomming cals?
Please help. I dony receive incomming calls! when somebody calls the call goes to answering service. I am using Sipura 1001. Thanks.

I'd suggest checking the port forwarding in your router. Seems to me like the ATA isn't getting the SIP Invite packets from our SIP server.

I did call forwarding 5060 on the modem. It works now! Thanks.
