Hi
I recently got the SIP file and configured my Dlink PAP2T same as per the doc on the website. The phone was perfect worked fine for couple of days. From last 2 days I an having issues when some one calls my number they can hear me but I cannot hear them. Thought there was some issue with my configuration did all the settings again. Now when ever some one calls it directly goes to the Voice mail. I am able to make calls and hear clearly as well. I am suing Speedtouch 716 modem.
Any idea what could be the issue?

It is possible that your Speedtouch 716 modem+router+ATA is conflicting with your PAP2T settings.azammohiuddin wrote:Hi

Make sure that your Speedtouch is set to Router (no lines) under Easy Setup/Service.
Do not forget to save your settings and restart your modem.
Also make sure that Call forwarding is not active on your PAP2T nor on your online portal.

My best advice is to set the Speedtouch as a bridge, but you will have to buy a good router for VOIP that you set up to work with your PAP2T.

I had the same problem with an PAP2T and it was the call forwarding setup that had been changed somehow. All options were active and the the phone number filled in there respective fields was something like 00975......, weird. After deleteing those everithing was fine.
