Can not get a VoIP Unlock Key

Can not get a VoIP Unlock Key

I have made the step to complete the purchase of a VoIP Unlock Key. But I'm waiting since two days for a Confirmation Code. When I click on the call me now button, I get the message "You will be called in a couple of minutes ..." but nothing more after that.

First have you checked and confirmed that the payment went through?
Why I am asking is because sometimes when people register with a credit card especially when ordering something online and then submitting it, we are only human and sometimes mistakes occur with earthier our address or name without even realizing it and that leads to the order failing.

Finally, I deleted my account and I opened a new one. Everything is fine now. Thank you.
